Absolutely useless just like everything else in this country. Backwards and still in the stone ages

Something is wrong here now. The advertised on Google as open to 10pm and I have used the service 4 times in evenings in April. As expected, the PO counter was closed this evening but with signage advising to use the main till as expected. A gentleman told me that this service wasn't available and not been for a couple of months. I explained that I literally used it last week, but he shrugged and said sorry. To be honest, the evening service is something I consider a very useful service but I can accept it isn't available. However, I feel there is something fundamentally wrong with communication - hours show as recently confirmed on Google, signage in the shop is aligned, as is very recent persinal experience yet I'm told by someone (saying they were the manger) that it isn't true. It doesn't instill confidence. Giving 3 stars rather than one because strength of recent experience before tonight was 5 star.

Queues are always far too long, shop staff are quiet but don’t help. Service is efficient but not very friendly.

Still standing in a non-moving queue after 10 minutes. 3 people in front of me have walked out. Used to be slow but now Morrisons have taken over its awful. Only 1 person serving. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
