- EDElla DavisJul 22, 20261.0Usually go in there to post parcels & use the back part of the shop & has been a positive experience. The last few times have been at the front of the shop which has been an unpleasant experience every time with a queue - one older lady was casually eating roast chicken crisps behind the tills, whilst 3 of the ladies were casually having a chat as if there wasn’t a long queue. Nobody said ‘thank you for waiting’ or had some what of an approachable face. Today, it was quiet - I stood there waiting for be served, I didn’t even get acknowledged I waited for her personal chat to be finished - handing my parcel & her having to scan my parcel seemed to be of inconvenience to her. Complete jobs worth & I won’t be going there again even thought it’s a 5 minute walk from my house. I’d rather drive with my newborn to a place where they actually care about customer service.
