The manager George was due in at 10:00 so waited as it 9:55. He didnt turn up for his shift until 10:10, no apology as the other staff member said weve been waiting - 3 of us by now. Really great example to be setting. They need to change their signage so that people know the post office may not be manned depending on who's in

Clearly the store refurb didn't make the management any better.
