- HCHarriet ChurchDec 7, 20245.0I went to the Fareham Post Office where unfortunately the lady was unable to assist me. I then called the Funtley Post Office and spoke to Harsh. He was very courteous over the phone, but was limited to how much assistance he could provide, so I told him I would visit the store to see what my options were for sending the parcel. He said he would try and help me as best as he can. When I got to the post office, he instantly recognized me and greeted me with a warm smile. My parcel was a complicated siutation, which Harsh said he had not dealt with before, but he was still willing to help me and made a call to a colleague for guidance. He was extremely helpful and provided a high level or customer service and successfully enabled me to send an important parcel. Thank you so much for your help Harsh.
