- AHAndy HorneFeb 13, 20265.0I've known most of the staff here since the shop was originally part of the old Oakridge parade of shops with separate post office and supermarket. They have their way of doing things, so if you think you're going to get things your way, think again they do not suffer fools, if you think they're rude, then it's most likely you, your problem & a misunderstanding of language. The majority of people that use the shop & post office have no problems and both patrons & staff are normally polite & knowledgeable. The store itself has a wide range of English, Polish & Indian foodstuffs, herbs & spices, alcoholic beverages, a selection of chilled & frozen meals, ice cream & other deserts, cleaning products & petfood. Plus most of the delights of a traditional sweet shop & tobacconist. An awesome local general store with chemist next door & Chinese takeaway/chip shop, bookies & hair dressers across the road.
