Very Hostile and Unprofessional Behaviour.
I visited this location today to drop off an eBay return and was met with hostility from the moment I spoke. I had two labels because eBay issued two items, and instead of explaining the process calmly, the staff member spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone.
When I returned with a separate box so I could have a box for each item the behaviour escalated. Staff continued being openly hostile in speech, and as I walked away, both employees and even customers laughed.
I left feeling singled out and deeply uncomfortable. Regardless of any misunderstanding about labels, no customer should ever be treated in a way that makes them question whether they’re being judged or spoken to differently because of who they are.
Completely unacceptable conduct and a very disappointing experience.
