- BÉva Bacsák-KovácsJun 7, 20261.0On the afternoon of 6 June 2026, I went to collect my DPD parcel after receiving notifications from both DPD and Vinted confirming it was ready for collection. I was told the parcel was not there. On the morning of 7 June 2026, I returned again after receiving another notification from Vinted. Once again, I was told the parcel was not there and that the DPD driver had not even arrived yet. After insisting and waiting, another staff member checked properly and found my parcel within approximately 2 minutes. This situation caused completely unnecessary stress, wasted time, and resulted in me starting a missing parcel investigation because staff members did not check properly in the first place. Very disappointing and careless customer service.

If you sell on Vinted, Depop, eBay, or any other platform, do not send your parcels from here. I have now had three separate parcels go missing after being posted at this branch. Once a parcel is sent from here, there is a very real risk it will never arrive. The queues are consistently long and the branch is often understaffed, which only adds to the frustration. However, the most serious issue is the repeated loss of parcels, which has caused significant stress, financial loss, and problems with buyers. I would strongly advise anyone who cares about their parcels reaching their destination to avoid Fourmarks Post Office entirely.
