- PCPaul CawseySep 21, 20265.0considering the staff at the post office have been told they are being closed in January, as is TG jones, i cant fault the staff at all. Some people locally seem to have an issue with chris and others, this should be left out of comments. I sell on line and have had nothing but professional service from all four staff and sad to see this go. TBH if people don't like the service then go elsewhere?!

I’ve witnessed him being rude and unhelpful towards customers on several occasions, and his approach to serving people seems very inconsistent. I’ve also seen him walk away from his colleagues, saying he has other things to do, only to then spend time talking to staff in the shop while his colleagues are left doing the work. I genuinely feel for the two ladies and the gentleman with glasses who seem to be left picking up the slack. I’ve also noticed that he appears to give noticeably more attention to younger, attractive female customers, which doesn’t exactly give the impression of professional or impartial customer service. The other staff members seem to work hard and deserve better support from their manager. Hopefully this is something management will take seriously, because the behaviour I’ve witnessed is not what you would expect from someone in a managerial position.

This lady remained, thoroughly pleasant, good humoured, professional and helpful, and provided a service of exemplary high standards throughout, despite the appalling treatment we witnessed her being subjected to on multiple occasions by her male obnoxious male colleague!

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
