After visiting Cwmbran post office who could not help me apply for a renewal of a driving licence (after waiting 40 minutes in the queue) I rang pontypool post office and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who told me they could definitely help me with this! He gave me directions on where to park( which was free) and where to find them (2 minutes from the car park) and when I went there this morning, the service they provided was brilliant! My application went through within 5 minutes and i was back out to carry on with my day! If you have to renew your driving license or passport my advice to you is to forget Cwmbran post office and go to pontypool post office for a hassle free, professional service! I will be going there next for my passport renewal and taking advantage of the free parking too!

Can't recommend this post office enough. Gareth and his team are fabulous. They helped me with my drivers licence renewal and my passport renewal. Each time sorting things out so I can leave stress free and knowing things are sorted properly. Gareth even helped me chase up my new passport, as it was taking longer than expected. Literally arrived within that week. Very professional, helpful and great customer service. Highly recommend! :)
