It's a Christmas gift and I am stuck now. I went to the new Post Office location almost two weeks and the guy who works there told me that the post office will be open back on the 15th December...but it is not. So what now, please? I won't be using your services again, very rude.

I went home and checked online and I printed my own label and it said £20 and then I just dropped it off!!!! They are just trying to take all your money! I would recommend checking online before going or printing your own label and just dropping it off. I just got so angry because she wouldn't even measure the box for me.
