- DSdavid SmithJan 6, 20241.0I literally just came from the Post Office as I received a text message off Royal Mail my parcel was ready to collect I asked the lady in the post office for my pastor she clearly stated she did not have it I then stated I had a text message then come the real bad attitude from her stating she has not got any parcel in my name and then after is that not the big parcel but they're on your lottery machine she has the young gentleman to have a look at the name oh yes it was my parcel the parcel at she just gave me serious attitude about the she did not have I will never ever go in that post office again here are the two days disgusting you don't speak to people in that way especially when you're in the wrong and you don't apologize I am making official complaint to Royal Mail you shouldn't be in that job
