Absolute shambles of a post office , went in to deposit cash into my nationwide account and it was authorised then 30 seconds later it was cancelled. Upon arriving to tell them they have kept my money and me wanting the cash back the older male laughed at me and told me to speak to someone else , so i speak to the younger male and explain what has happened and even showed proof of them keeping my money 30 seconds after authorising it and he tells me that he will not refund me as he would be out of pocket. Meanwhile i am left out of pocket and am being refused my own cash back!! My bank have even said the post office are liable to refund me and the bank will not help me either!! Money robbing scheme and i will never be stepping a foot back in there!!
