Opening times do not match what’s advertised online, which causes repeated frustration. This branch needs new staff and a serious look into how it’s being run, otherwise it will be run into the ground. It is not a good representation of what a post office should be or how it should operate. If you want to avoid stress, anger, or being triggered, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

He ignored me today to talk to someone about stranger things after 5 minutes I left. She wasn't buying anything they was just chatting I needed to pay money in and his attitude was disgusting. Im not the first person to have an issue with him, he is so rude and I swear does it deliberately. Will be raising a complaint now with the royal mail and not stopping till he is sacked... look at the reviews!!!! Place is a joke!!!!
