By far some of the worst customer service I've ever come across, particularly from the lady with dyed blonde hair behind the counter. Barely acknowledges you when it's your turn in the queue ( just seems to pull a pained expression like shes dying to say 'what the hell do you want'), ignores all pleasantries you drop to make the transaction easier. I'm not kidding. Say good morning or have a nice day, you get nothing back. I've been using this post office for a few weeks now and I dread going in every time. Whenever that lady speaks, everything she says is laced with disdain and arrogance. The other staff are nowhere near as bad, but they make you feel pretty unwelcome.
I gave a one star purely because I get done what I need to get done and get out.
Also, they can't seem to make their minds up how much the envelopes are. I first went in, they were 50p, then a day later, a pound. Couple days later, 1.50. Receipt says I bought a postal stamp (which I didn't) so I'm assuming they guess the price.
Once, they told me my receipt was on my postal receipt (it wasn't) so I made sure to ask for it the next time - the lady that was serving me gave me a look like I was being unreasonable.
I've been around, and without exaggeration this is the most unwelcoming shop I've ever encountered.

What an appalling Post Office, the blonde lady behind the counter has to be the rudest human being I have ever met and has zero people skills.
Trust me head over to Cefn Fforest Post Office, couldn't wish to meet nicer bunch.
