The longest queues and longest wait time no matter what time of day. Only one till ever being manned. Can’t blame the staff, it comes down to bad management. Don’t have a post office in the shop if you can’t run it properly. It’s been like this since it’s been in Rymans.

Shocking service, so bad since the post office moved to Ryman. Always a long queue, unfriendly staff.

Despite the queue both Lauren and Christy are always lovely and helpfuI.
I collect and post several times a week and think they do a sterling job under the circumstances 😀

Since the post office has been in Ryman’s the queues are too long I only get 30 mins for lunch so little point turning up. The tills are not used at the front of the store and the Ryman staff stand around whilst the post office staff are rushed off their feet. Better use close Ryman’s and repurpose extra staff to add extra counters for the post office
