We were trying to track down a parcel sent to a friend in London but didn’t have the receipt, so we thought it would be a long shot. Mo went out of his way to help, even taking the time to check CCTV to find the exact transaction. From there, he managed to locate the tracking details, which we honestly didn’t expect. He was calm, helpful, and clearly cared about sorting the issue properly. It made a stressful situation much easier. Really appreciate the effort—excellent service and would definitely recommend.
