- PMpaul morrisApr 30, 20261.0Extremely rude behaviour from the Indian guy behind the counter went to renew my drivers licence and was told appointment only? Yet online it says can be done in minutes I showed my post office citizen card which was supplied to me be the post office yet he said can’t use it,? To be honest it appears if your not of his decent or colour they will not entertain you but others the same ethnicity you’ll be entertained with a warm welcome with smile as seen the last time I walked in to this branch if any other nation behaved that way well! this post office needs to be reviewed over the treatment of there customers very bad experience and will not be returning anytime soon very bad attitude.

- DDDaveJul 31, 20241.0Don't make a journey here to renew a passport or driving licence, as they will only do it by appointment. When I pointed out that it said nowhere on the application that an appointment was required, the sour faced jobsworth behind the desk pointed to homemade signs that were stuck up around the counter. In sharp contrast. I went on to Farnworth PO, where the friendly and helpful guy behind the desk did the renewal for me in less than five minutes.
