I needed to post an item that contained toiletries - no aerosols. The woman at the counter was very unhelpful and insisted I could not post toiletries if there was more than one bottle in the package. She pointed at the prohibited items list and when I explained that what she was pointing at said no aerosols, & my package did not contain aerosols so it would be fine, she stated that it meant all toiletries so my package was prohibited as there was more than one container in the package. Very bizarre & unhelpful - I went to another post office & item was sent with no issues.
