- AAAaronDec 13, 20251.0Middleton Post Office is located at the back of the TG Jones store within the Middleton Shopping Centre, the service and reliability of this Post Office seem to be abysmal. There is often a long wait here - the line always seems to move slowly and there is never enough staff to satisfy demand, I canât remember the last time I saw more than one staff member working at any given time. Most recently, I attempted to visit the Post Office within their listed opening hours on a Saturday, only to be refused service as they were âclosedâ, when I mentioned this I was simply told she didnât control online, no apology, no acknowledgement of my wasted journey. I have been served by this particular staff member before and she always seems bored, miserable and like she clearly doesnât want to be there.
