No hello or bye, and every time I deposit money into my bank it’s always an issue or like it ruins there day to count a little bit of money! Costs nothing to have manners that’s what I don’t understand. Disappointing

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
