Had to send over some large parcel on a Sunday. The attendant was super nice and useful. Helped me carry the boxes, and took me through the process because they had to be sent over with DPD instead of Royal Mail. Great service!

The Asian man behind the counter is not up to date on legislation surrounding cash deposits so refused to allow me to deposit the maximum I can and stated that I (adult and cardholder) must be accompanied by a second person to make the deposit. Please educate yourselves on your job. The guidance changed in November 2023.
