Been to this shop multiple times over the past few days to collect a parcel that royal mail states has been delivered there the guy behind the counter is useless, looked through amazon parcels after being repeatedly told it's not an Amazon parcel then proceeds to smirk when I'm explaining that it's showing as delivered. Clearly, it is a business that has no customer service. Reported to royal mail as theft as the item has been scanned in at the shop according to RM (they are looking into it) and also reported to the company the item has come from. Repeatedly being told to return to the shop day after day is ridiculous. Be aware if you're getting your royal mail parcels delivered here. The owners should be ashamed.
