Very disappointing experience at this post office today. I visited with my 10-year-old daughter, and when she opened the fridge door, a juice bottle fell out and burst because the drinks inside were not arranged properly or securely on the shelf. If the fridge had been organised properly, this would never have happened.
What made the situation far worse was the behaviour of the young postman working there. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Before even providing any service, he immediately started aggressively demanding money for the juice, repeating over and over again, “Pay for the juice,” as if I was going to run away over one or two pounds.
Instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, he behaved emotionally and created unnecessary drama in front of my child over a simple accident that was caused by poor organisation of the fridge in the first place. I have honestly never seen someone in customer service behave in such a rude and unpleasant way.
Thankfully, an older gentleman there was much more polite and understanding and even said it was okay and that I did not need to pay. Despite that, just to avoid more arguments and drama, I still paid for the juice.
The customer service here was terrible, and the attitude of the staff, especially that young postman, was completely unacceptable. After this experience, I would never want to visit this post office again, and I would not recommend it to others either.

The opening time is not accurate. I drove all the way there, only to find it closed. The actual opening time is 8am, not 7am.

Came here today to post a parcel for ebay. Having never sold on ebay, i was a little unsure about the prepaid parcel process. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and patient with my questions. Will be posting all future parcels here.
