Miserable old man. If you don’t want to give the bare minimum of a hello why even run this in the first place.

Found the service and welcome terrible , the gentleman has softened and can be polite but his wife is a totally different item, extremely distant and never please or thank you. This place needs training on customer service urgently.

Inconvenient opening hours already make this place difficult to use, but the experience only gets worse from there.
The insistence on physical ID is unnecessary and outdated. Being given a 13-character code and then told it’s not enough is frustrating and makes no sense—especially when other services manage perfectly well without this rigid requirement.
What really stands out, though, is the consistently poor attitude from staff. Every visit has been the same: cold, unhelpful, and unwilling to communicate properly. Instead of explaining anything, they just point, which comes across as dismissive and rude.
Overall, the combination of impractical policies and unfriendly service makes this a genuinely unpleasant place to deal with.
