    Went to this post office to return some orders, but the staff said they couldn’t scan the QR code after waiting there for a while and she didn’t even try or offer any alternative solution. The service was terrible, it was my turn and I wanted to know what's the problem but she went to serve other customers ignoring me. Went to another branch on the same day and it worked perfectly in minutes. This was my last time going there.

    Dodgy place… make sure to check date on produce and change before buying/leaving and always ask for a receipt if topping up gas/leccy, and personally i would rather walk to scotland and use a post office there than this one😅

    Really lovely and helpful staff. Use them all the time. Specially great as they also deal with Evri deliveries so I can sort out all my mail at one place. Big thanks to the staff here 👍 👍 👍

    I would give 0 stars if i could. I am not one to give bad reviews but the service at this post office is appalling. I constantly go to collect my parcel once the ttacking information says it has arrived and the people that work there tell me it is not there???? When in actuality i know it is there. This happens to me constantly and it is very frustrating. I own a business where sending and receiving packages is imperative and this reoccurring situation is effecting my business, my income and my livelihood. If only the workers actually spent a little time to actually look for your parcels this would not be happening or they clearly need some sort of organisation system in place because if the parcels are not there where are they? The whole store is filled with parcels just everywhere no wonder they can never find anything. Just last week when i went to collect a quite expensive item i ordered, i was told it was apparently not at the store, i pleaded that they would look again and what they actually ended up giving me was an item i had purchased EIGHT MONTHS prior- spring 2025. And it just so happens in spring 2025 when i went to try to collect that parcel i was told it was not there and the delivery driver probably has it in their van. It then took me a number of days after going to the shop again and again to finally receive the item that was delivered last week. Something honestly needs to be done as this is appalling. I have a few more parcels scheduled to be delivered there. Once they have been i will never return again. This is a negative for evri, royal mail and dpd as they are losing business just due to the lack of business acumen and customer service at this post office store. I would very much rather use Inpost or delivery service lockers than to go to this shop ever again

    Absolutely terrible experience at this place. I had an Evri parcel to collect. My husband went there first with the QR code, but the woman working there, who barely spoke English, simply said “no parcel” without any explanation. When he tried to show the confirmation code again, she repeated “no parcel.” I went there myself afterwards and was greeted very rudely with “What you want?” Then she snapped at me, saying, “Post office close 6,” in broken English. When I tried to explain that my husband had already come earlier and was told there was no parcel, she just said “No” again. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service
