I had a disappointing experience at my local Post Office. During my visit, the staff member at the counter spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and raised his voice, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. This interaction was not acceptable and did not reflect the level of service I would expect.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that staff are reminded to communicate with customers in a calm and respectful way

Been here a few times and every time the staff have been very friendly and helpful, with little waiting time. Great go-to post office :)

I came in yesterday to pickup a amazon package for which I had the code number for from amazon and the gentleman at the counter (asain ) served me. I showed him my amazon code on my mobile phone screen. He looked at my phone as I was holding it and he took 5 mins if not more. I decided to look at my phone to check if he could see my code and he could. After showing him my screen again he done the same thing again and carried on looking at my screen. He then told me we do not use amazon code numbers to collect amazon parcels here. I told him that I have picked up my items here using a amazon code.
Now he diceded to take my phone without my permission and enlarge the screen and scroll up and down the messages. After a further 3 minutes he got his device and typed in my code and proceeded to find my parcel. He handed over the parcel and forgot about my phone. As I was picking up my phone he gave me the package and decided to look at me. No apology or thank you.
I will not use this post office anymore they have no manners and no customer service skills.
