I dropped off a pre-paid tracked 48 and he gave me a lecture about how we are ruining the mail by doing that; and then dropped the parcel. It’s wrapped well, but still not reassuring that he just dropped it and then didn’t care. Worth going out of the way to Lupus Street to avoid this one.

Do not expect people to treat you with respect when you only order your customer around. “ Put the envelope on the scale.” “ Why are you doing this?” How difficult it is to say “ please” ? Find a new job if you really hate this one.
