Man at the desk of the passport/scanning section had really odd customer service.
I just wanted some documents scanned and he was very odd with me, being pedantic and pointlessly rude for no reason.
I did get my documents scanned, but I wouldnt go back. He was rude for absolutely no reason.

Customer service needs improvement - especially the old man working there, speak rudely to the customers. Without customers you would not have a business- so it is foolish to treat customers rudely.

An amazing place, where I went 4 times last week. I personally experienced unbelievably good service, and watched as staff treated each polite customer as a whole human being. Whether you're elderly, speak English as your third language, or have a huge, badly wrapped parcel with incorrect address, they will do their utmost to help. So, the queues are long. Get over it!
You won't find this compassionate, good-humoured, super helpful, but occasionally a little short-tempered, staff anywhere else in London.
