Good service from staff despite them being very overwhelmed by demand. Management should support their staff better as sometimes the poor lady has to interrupt her lunch to serve customers.

So unreliable! I sent my blood sample 8am with tracked next day delivery. Two days later my blood sample is still at the post office totally useless and too old for testing so I will have to pay another £50 for the new test and delay my therapy that I cannot start without my results!
RESPONSE: First of all, prepaid envelope was given to me by the lab. Second of all, I understand the aim of next day delivery but it's been over 72 hours and last update I have is that the parcel has been accepted on Monday morning at your branch. It's Thursday afternoon now. I understand that delays may occur but after reading other reviews and experiencing how it looks like in your branch myself I highly suspect that my parcel been thrown on the floor together with other parcels you keep there and who knows when it's been collected. Or maybe it's still on the pile somewhere waiting for a better day. I also noticed the way you reply to other complaining customers. I noticed the difference in the approach how it was 3 years ago and how it started changing about a year ago. No customer service whatsoever. People should get discounts in places like this for putting up with all the rudeness they experience.

Great location and range of services (Evri, DPD, Amazon, Royal Mail etc), friendly staff. The only challenge can be if there are long queues with only 1 or 2 staff members operating the desk and service can then seem slow. Sometimes one is serving customers and the other assisting with parcels. At other times it is quiet and service super fast and efficient. It can just be hard to predict which times are the quietest to come. Still, I highly recommend this post office largely due to the range of services it offers and the long opening hours which is super helpful when you need to come around your own working hours. Other post offices can have long queues too.
