- JJJoyJan 6, 20261.0I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. The customer service at this post office was unacceptable. The woman behind the counter was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, with a clear attitude problem. I arrived at approximately 5:15 pm and was told they were closed at 5:00 pm. However, the sign outside clearly stated closing time as 7:00 pm. When I pointed this out, I was brushed off rather than given a clear or honest explanation. On top of that, her behavior felt discriminatory and deeply inappropriate. This kind of conduct damages the reputation of the entire post office and should not be tolerated. Management needs to address this immediately, because no customer should be treated this way. And judging by the other reviews that have been made about her. She’s clearly the problem.
