I use this post office regularly and find all the staff helpful and very polite. There is one particular lady who normally sits to far right, always very helpful, and her smile always makes me feel appreciated and welcomed. Keep up the good work team!

I popped into the Lower Sydenham Post Office recently and just wanted to say how great the service was.
Charlotte in particular was amazing — super friendly, patient, and really helpful. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, took the time to explain everything properly, and just had a really nice, positive attitude the whole time.
It honestly makes such a difference when someone is that approachable and willing to help. Big shoutout to Charlotte — she’s a credit to the team!
