I had a very frustrating experience at this post office. I went to collect two parcels, but the staff member told me they couldn’t find them. Instead of making a proper effort, they said they didn’t have time to keep looking because there were many people waiting in line, and told me to come back another time.
This is completely unacceptable. I came to collect my packages as instructed, and it’s not my fault if they are not properly organized. Being told to just come back later without any real attempt to resolve the issue is extremely unprofessional.
I am very upset and disappointed with the service. This kind of attitude is not what customers should expect. Definitely not a good experience.
