- SNSaggi NightsMay 19, 20261.0Worst post office EVER. Walked in with parcels today and was told yet again that they “only take small parcels”… despite the fact it’s literally a POST OFFICE. Where exactly are people supposed to take parcels if not there? This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this branch either, every visit seems to come with attitude and unnecessary hassle. After a full argument with the guy behind the counter, he eventually took the parcels anyway, which just proves the whole situation was ridiculous from the start. Avoid this branch if you can. I’ll be using another post office or a parcel station from now on even though this is the closeted branch!

- KWKate WellsApr 28, 20261.0I don't generally have time to sit about writing Google reviews about Post Offices, but this place deserves a zero star rating for the rudeness of the employees, with an extra half star deducted for slow service. Three of the four men that work here spend the entire time with earphones in, often mumbling away on personal phone calls, while slowly serving (read: practically ignoring) customers. Not a hello, thank you, please, goodbye, nothing - not even in response to customers saying these basic things. Would rather use a self service kiosk and avoid the interaction with these individuals, but unfortunately this branch doesn't have any. Fingers crossed the local PO franchise moves to people who actually take pride in running a business and have some aptitude for a customer facing role.

It's like they are doing me a favour by serving me. But today I went into the post office and was treated very rudely. I was posting a registered letter and had paid for the service and the gentleman behind the counter had just printed out my return receipt. Then his colleague from the other counter was asking him a question. So I'm standing there while they have their conversation. I waited a few minutes but then I said to the gentleman behind the counter politely could you please just give me my return receipt then I can go , as all he had to do is reach for it and give it to me. He then rudely said to me, why are you so impatient. I was shocked as it literally took him 5 seconds to give me the receipt. It's a shame there is not another post office in South Woodford as I 100% would go there.
