When you stand in line, you have to call out to him multiple times, and he barely pays attention. He even bluntly told me that he couldn’t help and suggested I go to another post office. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I’m very dissatisfied with the experience.

He can be prickly to begin with and it's a very busy post office and he explained that sometimes if he's on his own sorting deliveries and arranging collections it can be stressful. I know a lot of people find him rude but maybe I see past that, so give him a chance.
