The women with the red hair served me and was confused about what to do, I didn’t think much of it and then a week later I find out my parcel has been lost. When I went to ask where it could be everyone was very very rude and defensive, I understand mistakes happen but their reaction made me feel worse.

She suggested a service and I said that I’d like to have nothing else to be paid on arrival, so she raised the price and the documents arrived 6 weeks later and the person was charged on arrival. When I went to her and told her what happened, she denied it all.

I checked the royal mail post office price list and I should have been able to send a normal letter tracked and signed for for £3.85. Absolute scam artists.
