I was having an issue with a parcel that had become quite stressful, and I honestly wasn’t sure how it would be resolved. The staff went above and beyond to help me, they took the time to listen, showed genuine patience, and did everything they could to sort things out. What really stood out was how much they cared; it didn’t feel like just another transaction, but like they truly wanted to help. They guided me through the process, reassured me when I was worried, and made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with. It’s rare to come across such kind, attentive, and dedicated customer service these days. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend this branch to anyone. Thank you again to the team for going out of your way, it really made a difference.

Muskan, Harpindar, Dev and Arbaz are always friendly and easy to deal with they explain things properly don’t rush you and just make everything smooth even when it’s busy they handle it really well It’s hard to find a place where the service is this consistently good Definitely my goto post office, would recommend it to anyone
