After the battle and checking the cameras I got my change back all on the same day. How could you lie and the building has cameras every where. I think this woman needs further staff training after she admitted she was confused but the bill payments. I will never return to this post office ever again in the SE1 area.

They even said they are the only postal office that rejects phone barcodes for free school scheme. How can you expect parents to pay for printing when the voucher is to help with the cost of living!?
