She said such service was no longer available for my target area and asked if I chose the normal service without tracking. She didn’t offer a reason or attempt to explain the situation. Well, she did smile throughout the conversation. As the letter contained personal information and I didn’t see any announcements regarding the international posting service on Royal Mail official website, I chose going to another Post Office the same day and my letter has been received by the recipient safely today. That’s why I chose to leave this comment today. I would say I won’t visit this post office anymore despite its convenient location and staff’s welcoming attitude. Attitude is important, but getting letters and parcels delivered on time and genuineness are more important.
