I attempted to deposit money at this branch, but there was an issue during the transaction and the full amount was not credited. I handed over the correct amount, however the final balance did not reflect this. When I raised it, I didn’t feel it was properly investigated or resolved. Very disappointing
experience.

Awful post office. I delivered my parcel here. Thought it would be safe. They in fact lost my parcel and didn’t bother to help me in this situation or compensate as it was their fault it had been robbed or lost. I had proof of delivery it was in their shop. They said it’s not on their system and that someone didn’t check it in. So you work on the front desk and didn’t do your job properly, basically. Not very good!! I’ve lost out on money now because of them. It was not sure of girl’s name. But she couldn’t even get my name right when looking for it either.
