This post office: they pretend the price they give you, is the cheapest but it’s not then they give you attitude when you asked them, for the cheapest option. Has happened multiple times & they still want to argue. (Same parcel but always different prices)

The lady refused to pass me the parcel even if I showed her my ID, the confirmation email, and proof of my address. Royal mail clearly states that you can collect a parcel as long as you can proof you live at the same address. I’m very annoyed about the unprofessional service I received and clearly this lady needs additional training to familiarise herself with the rules.
