Very helpful throughout my visit. Even though it was a bit late, the service was efficient and everything was handled quickly. They took the time to answer my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s great to have such a reliable and well-run local post office. Highly recommended for excellent customer service!

Fed up queuing up for gas and electricity key charge to be told not working today it always used to work now problem but the last 6 months it's been a terrible service in this section if your getting a problem now then solve it but instead off doing nothing. I tried to get complaints email address and was refused by counter staff how can that possibly be right

Doesn't accept parcels it feels are 'too big' and the driver will reject. Parcel was half the size of online requirements so feels a bit pointless and just lazy to not accept the parcel
