I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The elderly man working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I was charged much more than expected, and the pricing did not seem fair or clearly explained. Customer service should be respectful, especially for people who rely on postal services. I hope management looks into this and improves staff behavior and pricing transparency.

The worst post office in UK, every time I go to post a letter sign for, they keep forcing me to add extra service i.e. special delivery etc, and keep saying no, just sign for, yesterday I sent my daughter to post small letter sign for and that meant to be for £3.35, but the woman charged her £8.35, they do this all the time if you are not aware, this is just theft, I’ll never go there again and wanted to warn others, and I also raised a complaint to Royal Mail.
Keep away from these people.

I had a very disappointing experience with this post office. The staff were not only rude but also demonstrated a lack of competence in handling my issue. They misplaced my order and outright denied receiving it, even though I provided clear confirmation from both Royal Mail and the vendor that it had been delivered to their location. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to help resolve the situation were incredibly frustrating.

The worst post office I've ever experienced. They sent my parcel back when it arrived because they didn't have enough room?? Eh?? What????! The retailer who sent the parcel phoned me, equally bemused, and had to re-send it at additional cost and time. Truly bizarre.
