- RLRapunzel LFeb 5, 20261.0I went to collect my Amazon parcel and had a terrible experience. I told him that I was there to pick up a parcel, but when other customers arrived to make purchases, he asked me to wait and served them first before returning to me. The parcels were disorganised and scattered everywhere and many on the floor. He spent a long time searching for my package, even though it had arrived the day before. Eventually, another (a bit younger) staff member came over and was able to find my parcel. Would not recommend.

He entered the address incorrectly on my parcel and then when I asked him to change he was just plain nasty, he finally changed it, but it was incorrect again, it was the final straw I asked him one last time to change it and do it correctly and he just shouted at me in front of all of the other customers! A rude and nasty human being and terrible service!!!! ALSO THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND SAY THAT THERE’S A £3 MINIMUM CARD CHARGE! IT’S A LIE!!!! DON’T FALL FOR IT!!!! THEY’RE JUST TRYING TO CON YOU OUT OF EXTRA MONEY! DON’T BE SCAMMED!
