This is by the far the worst post office i have ever dealt with and i recommend you use the post office at the top of the market as this branch is the literal bunch of cowboys. They claim to have a old tablet that does not meet standards of passport photos or document photos so when so they want you to use their external photo to make abit of extra money. Everytime i come into this branch i am two steps away from arguing with some of these employees.

Really rude and unco-operative staff at the post office. 0 customer service skills. They don’t care about their customers.

Slowest post office ever. They are extremely slow people. It will take you at least 40 minutes to send something and get out of there

During my visit, t I was subjected to rude and abusive treatment staff & manager. I was called a “bastard” by the branch manager and was wrongly accused of breaking a door handle that was already damaged prior to my arrival. This accusation was not only false but also delivered in an aggressive and confrontational manner.
I found the entire experience extremely distressing and, at times, felt genuinely threatened. Furthermore, I am concerned that this treatment may have been racially motivated, which makes the situation even more serious.
I expect a full apology from both the staff member and the branch manager involved, as well as a thorough investigation into this incident. No customer should be treated in such a disrespectful and intimidating way.
I look forward to your prompt response.
