I asked for 2nd class large letter and noticed a 48hr Tracked label being stuck to my package. When I questioned it, I was told “many packages are going missing so we recommend the Tacked 48” (bit like asking for a Coke and getting Lemonade). Sorry to sound like a Karen but the upselling is rife here. Avoid.
