Even when it’s not very busy, I always end up waiting in line for a long time because the service is very slow. On Saturday, April 11, around 10:30, I went to return an Amazon parcel and was shouted at by a staff member. Because there was glass between us, I couldn’t clearly understand what they meant when they said “scale,” but instead of explaining, they just shouted “scale” at me. Then the same thing happened when I needed to take my receipt — they didn’t say anything polite like “please take your receipt” or “don’t forget your receipt,” they just shouted “receipt.” I would not recommend this place if you don’t want to be exposed to rude behavior, shouting, or potentially discriminatory treatment.
