While the mail man is still collecting the parcels, I was asking for the favour to let it go today. She refused to let it go and also didn’t let me take back the parcel. At least telling the customer up front!!!

She is lazy, rude and doesn’t even know the services offered by Royal Mail and will then argue with you that she is right! How she is still employed there is unbelievable.
