Shocking service at this post office. The man serving caused a queue 9 people long because he would not hand count over £2000 insisting on keeping putting it through a money counter. This took over 15 mins, as he keep putting the money through the machine repeatedly . The rep did not make any effort to speed up atall, and actually kept making conversation with the customer whilst more people joining the queue. This post office is over heated and dirty to add. Clean the branch and put all workers on a customer service course!

Very disappointed with this Post Office. They closed early again, before their advertised closing time of 5:30pm — and this is not the first time it has happened.
I understand there may be staff shortages, but this level of service is completely unacceptable. If you need to reduce operating hours, then at the very least clearly display the revised opening times so customers are not wasting journeys.
This is a Post Office branch, and people rely on it for essential services. Basic standards should be maintained.
Even when I have managed to send parcels there previously, the service has been extremely slow. Overall, very poor reliability and frustrating customer experience.

Worst post office ever. Miserable rude staff. Opens and closes when it likes. Its filthy. You could be in the queue then randomly they say they're not serving anyone. That was a weekday at 4pm. It should just close down. Utter crap.
Id do 0 stars but it wont allow.

They do their best with the resources they have. I'm happy to have a post office so close to my house. One guy is there all the time and works really hard, I always have a nice chat with him. I think they deserve more staff and more patience.

Don’t be put off by the negative comments I was there on a Saturday morning and got seen very quickly by a very experienced staff member.
