- FXFunmiii xJan 14, 20261.0I had a deeply distressing and traumatising experience at Eltham Post Office. During my visit, staff became aggressive after struggling to understand what I was saying. The situation escalated very quickly into verbal abuse and physical aggression. I was pushed to the ground multiple times, and a male staff member attempted to strike me with a bottle. This entire incident was captured on video. One female staff member claimed to be eight months pregnant, yet still physically assaulted me. I felt unsafe, humiliated, and targeted. The behaviour I experienced was completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, discriminatory. The police have been contacted and the matter has been formally reported. No customer should ever experience this. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, and I sincerely hope this branch is properly investigated and staff are held accountable.

The lady who works behind the counter explained that my name wasn't printed on the label and may not be able to give me the parcel. Because I had the post office tracking ID, she called her manager to understand if she had permission to release the parcel. Thankfully that was okay. I've contacted Patagonia and told them to print the customers name on the label to avoid issues when the post office staff are trying to identify if its the customer picking up the parcel not an imposter. So thank you for calling your manager and finding a solution. Much appreciated.
