Let me start by saying that the woman who works there is an absolute demon; I have never met such rude and angry people in customer service. They work whenever they feel like it. I've been there many times, and 30 minutes before the end of the working day, they were already closed. But this Saturday, I was shocked. I urgently needed to send a heavy parcel. I brought it at 12pm and the post office was closed. Then I brought it again at 5:10pm, and it was closed again. Why do you have a schedule if you don't work according to set hours? This is not only unprofessional, it is outrageous. I have tried to avoid this post office for years, but this time, since I didn't have a car and I needed to deliver a parcel, I went there because it was the closest one. Terrible service, I will continue to avoid this place.
