Instead, the parcel was returned to the sender after just 5 days, even though post office policy clearly states parcels should be held for 18 days. They also forced me to show my name from my expired id despite they just deemed it invalid. Because of incorrect information and poor handling, I lost any chance to collect my parcel in just 5 calendar days. No explanation, no accountability, and no proper process followed. Very disappointing experience — customers deserve accurate information and consistent policies, neither of which were provided here. And from the responses they post to other reviews, they clearly used chat gpt. They do not care about their actions AT ALL.
